The Veterans Affairs Commission provides assistance to Madison County veterans who were discharged under Honorable Conditions and/or their family members.

We maintain Grave Registrations for veterans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces whose mortal remains rest in Madison County, Iowa.



Veterans Board Commission
The Madison County Veteran Affairs Commission meets the first Monday of every month in the Veteran Affairs Office, third floor of the Courthouse.  The meeting is called to order at 8:00 a.m. and adjourns at 9:00 a.m.

If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the Commission meets on the following Tuesday.
